This site is operated by Seava Maritime Ltd (England & Wales, company number 17317035), the data controller. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no tracking scripts.

The contact form

What you type (name, company, email address, your interest and your message) is sent to our support mailbox so that we can reply to you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep the email as long as the conversation needs it and then no longer than two years. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a browser is operated by a person; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The investor room

To open the investor room you confirm an investor category and read a risk warning. We record the category and the time of your confirmation, because the law requires us to keep that record, and we set one cookie (seava_gate) for 24 hours so the room stays open to you. No name, email address or IP address is stored with it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing legal@seava.pro. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
